Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant and B, along with female juveniles, induced a man who will engage in commercial sex acts by pretending to the so-called “conditional south” with C and D, and received a stoves, and attempted to flee after receiving the stoves, or stolen property, such as the wallets of the above male. The female juveniles induced a man who will engage in commercial sex acts through a smartphone hosting c to have a stoves, and the Defendant and B conspired to leave the stove in the vicinity of the stoves where female juveniles go out of the stoves.
The Defendant and B, along with C and D, received money from around 03:00 to 04:00 on October 14, 2016 by using a smartphone hosting c and D, despite the absence of any intent to comply with the sex relationship, as if two persons were to comply with the sex relationship, they made false statements as if they were to comply with the sex relationship, and induce a victim with a nameless trade name in Incheon as if he were unable to know, and after receiving KRW 500,00 won from the victim as compensation for sexual traffic, she went out of the telecom, using the difference that the victim saw as compensation for sexual traffic, and the Defendant and B got waiting outside the telecom and escaped from C and D to get aboard the vehicle.
B. On October 14, 2016, at around 06:00, the Defendant and B, along with C, received money using a smartphone-making c, and C, as if he/she did not have any intent to respond to a sex relationship, had the victim with his/her name influenite as if he/she complies with the sex relationship, and had the victim with his/her name influenite to a guest room where it is impossible to find out the room of the “Fel” located in the Bupyeong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City. After receiving KRW 500,00 from the victim as the compensation for sexual traffic, the victim got 50,000 won from the victim’s sexual traffic, and the Defendant and B had her waiting outside the telecom and escaped from the telecom with C on board the vehicle.
