A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 200,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, it shall be gold.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 18, 2016, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle E (49c) off a section of approximately 1.5 km from around 10:10,00 to around 1,00,00,00 from around 1,00,00,00,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00

2. The Defendant, like paragraph 1, discovered the charge of driving without a license and thought to prepare a written statement using personal information of “F”, which is registered on the resident registration certificate that was known to the remainder of the punishment, after which the Defendant was aware of the charge of driving without a license.

On October 18, 2016, at around 10:17, the Defendant entered “F”, “I” in the resident registration number column, “K” in the dwelling column, “K” in the occupation column, and “F” in the written form, signed and sealed on the back of F’s name, on October 18, 2016, at the end of the H box located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, with a black pen.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a “written statement” in the name of F, which is a private document on proof of facts.

3. On October 18, 2016, the Defendant, at the place indicated in paragraph (2) around October 10:31, 2016, exercised the instant investigation document as if he were duly formed one copy of the forged “written statement” to the police officer of the H police box and the assistant N, who was aware of the forgery.

4. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use any third person's resident registration number;

Nevertheless, around October 18, 2016, the Defendant prepared a written statement, as described in paragraph 2, within the H box located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and entered the F’s resident registration number “I” recorded in the resident registration number column.

Accordingly, the defendant used F's resident registration number unlawfully.

5. The Defendant is forged with a private signature on October 18, 2016.
