A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

From around December 10, 2014 to August 18, 2016, the Defendant lived with the victim C (a separate name K, female, 30 years of age) of red bean nationality at the Defendant’s home located in Japan-dong-gu Dong-gu, Manyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, and 305, and operated “E” as the same business with the victim from March 2016.

1. On August 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) on August 10, 2016, said Defendant would leave the said Defendant’s house.

In the end, “the amount of KRW 5,500,000,000 should be changed.”

However, even if the Defendant received from the injured party the deposit amount of KRW 5,500,000 from the beginning, he thought to lease the victim's room, and since the Defendant thought to use the victim's room at his own discretion, the Defendant did not have the intent and ability to seek a room equivalent to KRW 5,500,000,000 from the victim.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and transferred 50,000 won to one bank account in the name of the defendant's Z (AA) under the name of the defendant's management as a deposit around August 17, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On August 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obtained, on the Internet at the office of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu AB or 202, “E” using the computer at the place; and (b) obtained the form of a housing lease contract on the Internet; and (c) signed the “AC” in the column for deposit by entering the name, address, resident registration number, telephone number, etc. of the AC in the column for deposit; and (d) printing the said document in the column for the lessor’s signature by using the click machine.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the Housing Lease Contract in the name of AC, a private document on rights and obligations.

3. On August 18, 2016, the Defendant holding the foregoing investigation document No. 904, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon around 22:00.
