A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around November 7, 2018, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant as the lessee with the son of the son of Songpa-gu Seoul Building Underground Co., Ltd., with the deposit of KRW 150 million and monthly rent of KRW 6.3 million, and operated the “E” establishment at the above location.

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) allowed the said business establishment from November 7, 2018 to April 4, 2019 on the condition that 120,000 won should be paid from many unspecified customers and that 60,000 won should be given to the F, etc. employed as a female of commercial sex acts

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On January 2019, the Defendant forged private documents at the foregoing business establishment: (a) indicated “Seoul building Hho,” “O0 million won” in the front rent column; (b) on November 1, 2018; (c) on the date of preparation, “I” and “D” in the lessor’s column; and (d) affixed the I’s seal at his/her own discretion by the suspect following the I’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a real estate lease agreement in the name of the I, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On April 4, 2019, the Defendant on the instant investigation documents submitted a copy of the forged real estate lease contract to the police officer in charge of investigating the Defendant’s sexual traffic, by reducing the deposit money, and by attending the office of the intelligence investigation and intelligence 1 team in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, at around 22th day of the same month, a copy of the said contract, which was forged, was submitted to the police officer in charge of investigating the Defendant’s sexual traffic act.

This is based on the false name of the defendant.
