Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and D decided to get a sub-lease of the “Fanma treatment establishment” in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from the lessee G and H. However, the said G et al. failed to pay the security deposit and rent to the building owner I, thereby preventing I from preparing the I and the I and the I from preparing the I and the I and the Dong District Court for the “Building Delivery” lawsuit against the said G et al., the Defendant and the D were able to use the real estate lease contract by forging the real estate lease contract in order to file an application

Accordingly, the defendant and D forged one copy of the real estate lease contract in the name of I, a private document related to rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising them in collusion.

On the same day as the day set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant and D used the falsified Real Estate Lease Contract to the public official in charge who is aware of the forgery in the income tax and the income tax on the Song-dong, Songpa-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, as if it were the document duly formed.
