Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

Reasons
(b) As a result of the evaluation, the criteria for the number of nurses in exclusive charge of an emergency room, as set out in paragraph (2) above, were met, but failed to meet the statutory standards in other essential areas;
B) A support plan to foster an emergency medical institution in a vulnerable area in 2015 (the certificate No. 4) includes the following:
Institutions designated as emergency medical institutions at the end of May 2015 are selected as those eligible for government subsidies - Institutions designated at the present point of time (total nine places) excluded from those eligible for subsidies * Chungcheongnamnam Budget-gun (the name of X General Hospital changed only to the name of X General Hospital);
In accordance with the results of quality evaluation, differential subsidy shall be provided to an institution meeting the statutory standards.
