Defendant
A is a person who served as the representative director of the E hospital in the medical corporation located in B from around January 1989 to January 2017, and Defendant B is a person who served as the representative director of the said hospital from around January 2013.
Around July 18, 2011, the above hospital submitted the “Plan for Promotion of Promotion Projects for Emergency Medical Institutions in Vulnerable Areas” and was designated as a regional emergency medical institution by the Ministry of Health and Welfare around April 16, 2012, and operated the hospital emergency room with subsidies from the National Treasury.
On April 16, 2014, the Defendants conspired with the Chief F, “1 or more of the doctors in exclusive charge of the emergency department or the doctor on duty in the emergency department (operation of emergency medical institution support program)” were to apply for the grant of subsidies from the National Treasury in 2014. The facts are as follows: (a) one of the doctors in exclusive charge of the emergency department or the doctor on duty in the emergency department did not work for 24 hours, and (b) the outside physician did not work together with the outside physician in the emergency department; (c) the outside physician did not sufficiently secure the emergency nurse manpower in the emergency department, including having the outside nurse work independently in the emergency department; (d) the outside physician did not use the emergency department and the outside patient’s main contents together; (e) one or more of the doctors in exclusive charge of the emergency department or the doctor on duty in the hospital for more than 204 hours; and (e) one or more of the 204 billion won emergency staff in the emergency department prepared a separate report from the National Treasury on the receipt of subsidies to the outside department.
Accordingly, the Defendants are F. F.
