A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 22, 2020, from around 02:00 to around 03:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) at the On-Road parking lot in front of the building C, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu; (b) opened a bank room in front of the key hole of the Epoter freight driver’s seat owned by the victim D; and (c) cancelled the locking system by entering it above; and (d) cancelled the locking system by entering the said cargo, the cash amounting to KRW 1.4 million in receipt of the said cargo.

2. On June 16, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 01:17, at the on-road parking lot in front of the F apartment Gdong in Namyang-si, the Defendant: (b) laid down the locking device by inserting the said door into the key hole of the International Poter Cargo Driving Ha owned by the victim H; and (c) cutting off the locking device by entering it above; (d) laid down the locking device in cash from the bank of the victim, who was located in the vicinity of the passenger’s seat adjacent to the said cargo driver’s seat.

3. On June 20, 2020, from around 02:00 to 03:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a door and removed a locking device by inserting the said door into the key hole of the truck driver’s seat owned by the victim K owned by the victim K; (b) removed the locking device by entering it above; and (c) opened the door and cut up the cash equivalent to KRW 270,000,000, which was entered in the receipt of the said cargo.
