1. Defendant A
A. (2) From August 22, 2010 to January 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) visited a private horse site, such as N, through the Internet installed at the same place as that set forth in the preceding paragraph for each share of gold, Saturday, and Sundays, where the horse racing was operated by the Korean Racing Association; (b) purchased a private horse right of KRW 1,425,096,00 in total over 538 times as shown in the annexed crime list (2); and (c) used the horse for gambling by receiving an appropriate dividend payment.
B. The Defendant violated the Act on the Regulation and Punishment of Criminal Proceeds Concealment at an investigative agency around September 2012.
