1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On June 13, 2014, at around 21:15, the Defendant remitted 3.80,000 won of philopon to a new bank account (Account Number:H) in the name of G, and on June 14, 2014, at around 01:36, the Defendant took a philopon, which is included half of the total number of blopon from the said G, in the street street located in the central Dong-dong, Changwon-si, Changwon-si.

As such, the Defendant traded philophones.

B. On June 26, 2014, at around 09:56, the Defendant transferred 300,000 won of philopon to the above new bank account under G, and received philopon in half of the number of disposable-copon sent by G from an inner bus terminal located in the Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, P.M. on the same day, at the Busan-dong bus terminal to which G was sent by means of the convenience of bus baggage from the Busan-dong bus terminal.

As such, the Defendant traded philophones.

C. On July 26, 2014, at around 13:58, the Defendant remitted 70,000 won of philopon to the said bank account in G, and around 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant was found to have philopon from the said G to the flopon, which was obtained in a single-use flopter, located in the vicinity of the Camyang-si, Seoyang-si.

As such, the Defendant traded philophones. D.

On August 7, 2014, the Defendant transferred KRW 400,000 to the said new bank account under G name at around 15:41, and at around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant received philophones that contain half of the disposable injection period from the said G at the bus terminal at around 21:0.

As such, the Defendant traded philophones.

2. On April 10, 2015, the Defendant, who administered a phiphone, was in popon injection in the middle of the J located in Chungcheongnam-gun I, and in the single-use popon copon copon copon in the water in the single-use copon injection.

The Defendant administered philophones as such.
