1. On November 2012, Defendant A posted a letter to the effect that Defendant A purchased a stolen article or a mobile phone, which is a stolen article that he/she stolen or acquired, from a person who called on a phone, he/she purchased a stolen article or a mobile phone that he/she acquired.
At around 15:50 on November 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased 1,30,000 won for a long-term gallon phone with knowledge of the fact that it is a stolen stolen property, and acquired 1,30,000 won for a long-term gallon phone with knowledge of the fact that it is a stolen property from K, which reported and contacted gallon L, the victim L, which was the victim’s L.
The Defendant, from around that time to early December 2012, from around that time, purchased 13 cell phoness, which are stolens, and acquired stolens on six occasions, as indicated in the crime sight table (1) by the aforementioned method.
2. Defendant B is a person who was sentenced by the Seoul High Court on November 19, 2009 to imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, injury, etc. and completed the execution of the said sentence in a public prison on August 10, 2012.
On December 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) posted a letter on the name of “purchase of smartphone highest price” against many unspecified persons at the seat of Seoul Si, and (b) sent it to the Internet NAV carbook that “purchase of heavyphones”; and (c) sent it on the Internet NAV carbook; and (d) purchased stolen goods that he stolen or lost, from a person who sent the phone, by purchasing a mobile phone, which is the stolen or lost goods that he stolen.
At around 17:00 on December 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) reported the above name cards from a person under the name failure in contact, who was in front of the entrance No. 3 in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, about 17:0 on December 16, 2012; and (b) reported that the victim’s name and non-merchants’ market value is at least KRW 8.40,000,000, the victim’s name and non-merchants’s market value is at least KRW 20,000.
