Punishment of the crime

In addition, as shown above, as shown in the first list of crimes in the attached Table 1 from February 20, 2018 to February 23, 2018, the Defendant, as if he were to sell the goods to the victims, fraudulently concluding that he/she had sold the goods to the victims, he/she received total of KRW 1,515,000 from the victims as the price for the goods.

2. On February 20, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “When sending money to the victim, the Defendant sent money to the victim” by having access to the Internet NAV and the national website as cell phone No. 202-dong 11106, the Defendant sent a false statement of purchase that “I will send things when sending money to the victim.”

However, the defendant does not have any goods to sell and receives money from the damaged party.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above, and his deceivings 265,000 won from the bank account (E) in the name of the defendant on the same day from the victim.
