A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) visited the mobile phone at the Defendant’s house located in Daegu Suwon-gu B apartment and in 103 dong 1305, the Defendant’s house with C’s online goods transaction site; (b) visited the Defendant’s online goods transaction site; and (c) reported “the purchase of the age key sportsization” posted by the Victim D; and (d) contacted the Defendant with “the payment of the price to be made, the physicalization will be sent to the Defendant.”

The phrase “ makes a false statement.”

However, there was no intention or ability to sell even if the defendant receives the price from the injured party because the defendant did not own the sale sports.

The Defendant: (a) deceiving the victim as above; (b) received 255,000 won from the victim to the bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day; and (c) obtained the total of KRW 2,505,000 from the victims over 15 times from the above day to May 2, 2018, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table 15.

On March 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) reported on the Internet Neneber’s bulletin board “Ninagle 50,000 won” posted by the victim E on March 23, 2018; and (b) contacted the victim with the victim and sent the object.

However, in fact, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to send money to the Defendant even if he did not have any intention or ability to send money to the victim even if he did not receive money from the damaged person.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 50,00 from the victim’s bank account (Account Number:F) in the name of the Defendant from the victim, from that time to April 8, 2018, and received KRW 1,09,000 in total from the victims six times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table of Crimes from April 8, 2018.

On May 5, 2018, the defendant of "2018 Highest 3454" was the defendant's house located in Daegu Suwon-gu B apartment 130 dong 1305.
