[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
[Status and Relationship of the Defendants] From around March 2013, Defendant A serves as the president of the school foundation Q (hereinafter “P”) operating a P (hereinafter “P”) located in the Busan Annual Organization (hereinafter “P”), and Defendant A also serves as the president of R, S, U of the school foundation operating T, and X of the school foundation operating R, S, and V, and W.

B As for the children of Defendant A, at the Y Education Graduate School on August 23, 2013, he/she acquired the master’s degree in commercial education at the Y Education Graduate School, as a teacher of commercial information 2nd class regular teachers from August 26, 2013 to December 27, 2013, and from March 1, 2014 to February 28, 2015, he/she was employed as a teacher of commercial information subject in P as a teacher of the fixed-term commercial information subject in P around March 5, 2015 and is employed as a new teacher of the commercial information subject in P until now, and is currently enrolled in the Y Research and Doctor’s course on March 3, 2014.

C was appointed as a full-time lecturer at the management information department and Y management department on March 23, 1997, and currently is employed as a full-time professor at the Y management department and management graduate school, and Defendant B was a master's degree examiner at the time of obtaining a master's degree in commercial education at the Y education graduate school on August 23, 2013.

D is currently appointed as a full-time lecturer at the management department of Y and the management graduate school on March 2003, and Defendant B was a professor at the management department of Y and the management graduate school on August 23, 2013 at the Y education graduate school on August 23, 2013.
[2] As at the time of around September 2014, Q needed to employ a new teacher, such as the ratio of the fixed-term teacher in the commercial subject P to 50%, it is necessary to employ a new teacher. On September 2014, Q established a "plan for employing a new teacher in the commercial information subject" in the 2015 year to employ three new teachers in the commercial information subject through the first written examination and the second class performance and interview examination, and after deliberation by the teachers' personnel committee, it is recommended by the principal.
