Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of each of the above punishments shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A, “E”, which is managed by the victim D in Gyeonggi-do, Namyang-si. Defendant B, as the facility management leader of the commercial building in the above Mart, and the Defendants conspired to steal the above Mart with Defendant B, without calculating the goods from the above E’s calculation unit, and Defendant B, with the method of receiving the goods and discharging them out of the Mart.

In accordance with the above public offering, at around 14:31 on October 18, 2019, the Defendants: (a) did not calculate a standard plastic garbage bag amounting to KRW 740 won in the market price; (b) did not cut off to Defendant B; and (c) Defendant B stolen one of the above standard plastic garbage bags in a manner that came out of the marina; and (d) subsequently, up to November 15, 2019, the Defendants stolen goods amounting to KRW 7,870 in total four times in the above method, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table 1, from around that time to November 15, 2019.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

The Defendant, “200 Highest 4037 (Defendant A)” from October 2019 to November 1, 2011, thought that the points not accumulated by the customer among points provided to the customers who have purchased goods by accessing the victim’s company’s computer network to use the goods as one cash per one point to the customers who have purchased the goods by accessing the victim’s company’s computer network.

Accordingly, the Defendant, at around October 13, 2019, set aside 10 points to be accumulated in the other customers in the future after having access to the computer network of the victim company, from that time to November 27, 2019, in total 100 times in the same way as indicated in the attached Table 2, from that time, from November 27, 2019.
