Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On December 29, 2018, the Defendants: (a) from around 15:00 to around 15:00 on December 29, 2018, were engaged in shopping in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon; (b) and (c) Defendant A conspired to steal goods in a way that Defendant B was missing without calculating the remainder of the goods, without calculating the remainder of the goods.

Accordingly, the Defendants, together, stolen the property managed by the victims of the total amount of KRW 1,568,00.

B. On January 1, 2019, the Defendants were engaged in shopping in Daejeon-gu P from January 1, 2019 to January 23:0, 201, and only a small amount of products that are relatively small in the calculation unit after gathering necessary products from a door-to-door store for sale and disguisedly gathering them as personal belongings.
