[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim B, around April 16, 2018, committed the crime against the victim B, and came to the house of the victim B located in Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, and went to the house through an open gate with an intention to steals money and valuables, and invaded the victim’s residence.

2.
