A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 4, 2020, at around 20:50, the Defendant interfered with business, within the “C convenience store” located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, without any particular reason, obstructed the business of the victim’s convenience store by forcing the victim D, an employee of the Defendant, to be able to use the food for the Defendant by avoiding disturbance by drinking and passing a sound, etc., and allowing him/her to set the convenience store entrance by hand, thereby obstructing the victim’s convenience store business by force.
