A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury, etc. by the Seoul Southern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on September 2, 2013.

1. Around September 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) expressed that “F, an employee of the convenience store, is equal to bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and expressed that F would not take a bath from the victim C.

Accordingly, the defendant, by dumping the victim's flaps and clothes with his hand, assaults the victim, and at the same time damaged the victim's 5,00 won of the market price by tearing it.

2. The Defendant injured the Victim G was under fighting with C before the convenience store as above, and was forced to refrain from fighting from the victim G. In drinking, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, who was in need of approximately four weeks of medical treatment on the face of the victim.

3. On September 28, 2013, the Defendant damaged public goods, at the protection room located in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, for the reason that the Defendant was arrested for an emergency arrest due to the above criminal facts and was unsatured, the entrance entrance of the protection room was removed from the columns by walking the entrance door of the protection room on a hand by drinking and launchings.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the entrance entrance of the protection room equivalent to KRW 1,276,00, which is the goods used by public offices, thereby impairing its utility.
