A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 5, 2015, the Defendant obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) at the Incheon Southern Police Station C District, located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, on August 5, 2015, the Defendant: (b) took the procedure of filing a request for a summary judgment on the Defendant’s act of riding-free cars of a taxi that had previously been committed by the said district D; and (c) at the same time, the Defendant called the said D as “whether he would have so paid the money, or she is equal to the bit of bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a son;

The Defendant damaged the public object at the time, place, as described in Paragraph 1, and after assaulting D as above, damaged the equipment to repair the entrance door of the said district unit, which is a public object, by setting up a locked door at the front of the said district unit entrance, to the inside of the said district unit in order to be able to return home on several occasions by police officers belonging to the said district unit. “Crophs are democratic police officers, and knifehs are knife, knife, knife, knife, knife, and knife in front and rearly.”
