Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인 A, C의 공동범행 피고인들은 2011. 10. 말 20:00경 각자 오토바이를 운전하여 강원 인제군 H에 있는 I초등학교 앞에 이르러 그곳에 설치된 전주(전주번호: 율전간 252)의 전선을 절취할 것을 마음먹고, 피고인 C은 주위에서 망을 보고, 피고인 A는 위 전주의 발판볼트를 밟고 올라가 미리 준비한 절단기를 이용하여 저압전선을 절단하는 방법으로 전주번호 율전간 252부터 252L1까지 연결된 피해자 한국전력공사 홍천지사 소유의 시가 347,630원 상당의 저압용 전선(OW 22㎟) 140m를 절단하여 각자의 오토바이에 나누어 싣고 갔다.

In addition, from the above date to October 22:00, the Defendants stolen the electric wires equivalent to the total amount of KRW 3,712,897, which are owned by the victims by the same method four times, such as the entry in Appendix I.

2. 피고인 A의 단독범행 피고인은 2011. 8. 12. 22:00경 오토바이를 운전하여 강원 인제군 J에 설치된 전주(전주번호: 기린간 582R58) 앞에 이르러 위 전주의 발판볼트를 밟고 올라가 미리 준비한 절단기를 이용하여 저압전선을 절단하는 방법으로 기린간 582R58부터 번호 불상의 전주까지 연결된 피해자 한국전력공사 인제지사 소유의 시가 747,807원 상당의 저압용 전선(OW 60㎟) 100m를 절단하여 피고인의 오토바이에 싣고 갔다.
