Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2 million.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From October 1, 2013 to December 23:30 of the same year, the Defendant: (a) operated the above establishment from around October 1, 2013 to around December 23:23:30 of the same year; (b) from around 2013, he was equipped with 11 marina room, bath room, one female employee waiting room, one marina room, and one marina room, etc.; (c) employed one employee, one female employee A, and one Article B, and placed an advertisement on the Internet “F, etc.”; and (d) operated the said establishment by having the female grandchild, who was found in the above establishment, run the business in the manner of arranging sexual traffic by receiving advertisement of KRW 100,00,00 for each person, KRW 130,00 for each card, KRW 120,00 for each Internet report, and KRW 120,000 for each female employee, who was engaged in the act of arranging sexual traffic during one-time period.
2. From November 10, 2013 to March 23:30, 2013, Defendant B aided and abetted the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. by receiving prices from customers who have been receiving the act of similarity and other similar acts despite being aware that the act of similarity was performed at the above establishment in order to assist them in engaging in the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. at the places listed in paragraph (1) above from around November 10, 2013 to around December 23:30 of the same year.
