Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was registered as a candidate for the provisional election district of the Do local council members of the Do local council, which was implemented on June 4, 2014, and elected as a candidate by the defendant.

No person shall publish false facts about the place of birth, status, occupation, career, property, personality, conduct, act, organization to which he/she belongs, etc. in favor of a candidate by means of a speech, broadcast, newspaper, communications, magazine, poster, propaganda document, etc., with the intention of being elected or having another person elected.

On May 14, 2003, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million to the Daegu District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act or a violation of the Road Traffic Act. On June 28, 2004, the same court was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving). On July 19, 2007, the Daegu District Court submitted a summary order of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving) and for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Unlicensed Driving) to the Book-type Election Commission on July 19, 2007; KRW 3 million for a fine of KRW 3 million on December 3, 2010; and KRW 3 million for a fine of KRW 3 million on January 12, 201, and submitted a book-type election campaign bulletin to the relevant candidate for distribution to the Book-type Election Commission on May 20, 2014, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant had the candidate publish false facts about the candidate's career in favor of the candidate for the purpose of winning the 6th nationwide local council members in the election of the 3rd local council members.
