Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant registered on May 15, 2014 as a candidate for the election of a member of the Do Council of the Do Council of the Do Council of the 6th National Assembly of the Do Council of the Republic of Korea on June 4, 2014 and elected as a candidate.

No person shall publish false facts about the birth, status, occupation, career, property, personality, or activity of a candidate in favor of the candidate through a speech, communication, newspaper, communication, magazine, poster, propaganda document, or any other means, with the intention of getting elected

In fact, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million on June 14, 2002 to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (refluence of noise measurement) in the Changwon District Court through the Changwon District Court on June 14, 2002, and the same court on July 30, 2013 was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (refluence of noise measurement).

Nevertheless, around May 15, 2014, the Defendant prepared the Defendant’s election campaign bulletin to be distributed to the electorates in relation to the election of a member of the City Council at the Dong-si, and prepared the Defendant’s election campaign bulletin to be distributed to the electorates in relation to the election of a member of the City Council at the City. The Defendant prepared 12,100 copies of the election campaign bulletin by stating that “no relevant fact exists” in the “criminal record of a candidate” column of the “criminal record of a candidate” of the two pages of the election campaign bulletin. On May 21, 2014, the Defendant submitted 12,05 copies of the election campaign bulletin produced as above to the election commission, the F Election Commission, and the G election commission at the City/Gu election commission at the Dong-si on May 24, 2014.

As a result, the Defendant announced false facts about the candidate's career in favor of the candidate for the purpose of winning the 6th nationwide local election.
