A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who shesheshes in the victim C (n, 77 years of age) and is in a relationship with the victim D (n, 42 years of age).

피고인은 2014. 1. 30. 14:10경 부산 동래구 E에 있는 피해자 C의 주거에 찾아가 수개월 전 피해자들이 피고인에게 전화상으로 욕설을 하였다는 이유로 시비를 걸면서 주먹으로 피해자 C의 얼굴 부위를 수회 때리고, 발로 피해자 C의 옆구리를 걷어차고, 이에 피해자 C가 전화기를 들고 신고를 하려고 하자 집안에 놓여 있던 휴대용 청소기를 들고 피해자 C의 왼쪽 손등 부위를 내리쳤고, 이어서 피해자 D에게 다가가 주먹으로 피해자 D의 얼굴을 수회 때리고, 위 휴대용 청소기로 피해자 D의 등 부위를 수회 때리고, 발로 피해자 D의 옆구리를 수회 걷어찼다.
