Defendant
A, on June 2, 2017, sentenced six months to imprisonment with prison labor for a special injury, etc. at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on August 9, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in a governmental prison on August 9, 2017, and Defendant C was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of one year and two months for a special injury offense, etc. at the same court on December 2, 2016 and on October 12, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Kimcheon Juvenile Reformatory.
Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant G, and H are the same conduct, and Defendant D, Defendant E, and Defendant F are another kind of conduct, and they are drinking alcohol at the other room of the I week located in South Korea. While H erroneously entered a room where Defendant D’s performance was under the influence of alcohol, Defendant D’s performance was found in a room where Defendant D’s performance was under the influence of alcohol, and Defendant A’s performance was under the influence of Defendant D’s performance was under the influence of alcohol.
