1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of 3,00,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 1,000,000 won.

2. Defendants each of the above facts.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was the 6th local election implemented on June 4, 2014 by a party D in the election of the 6th local election of the local party D, and was released as a candidate for the Si of the “E” constituency, and was the f's punishment, and Defendant B was the f's will.

1. On May 30, 2014, the advance polling date of the above local election, Defendant A requested Defendant B to serve senior citizens in the senior citizens’ home with Grando car (hereinafter “instant car”) to the H community center, which is the advance polling station, with the intention of having the electors in the said constituency cast a vote or getting F to be elected as the Si Council members. Defendant B consented.

Thus, at around 14:00 on May 30, 2014, Defendant B driving four persons, including K, who are the electors of the said constituency, on board the instant car at the J Senior Citizens’ Association located in Silung-si I, and had them cast a vote to the H Residents’ Center approximately 4.3km away from 4.3km, and returned to the said Senior Citizens’ Association by having them cast a vote.

Defendant B, including this, provided the convenience of means of transport to eight electors in the same constituency by the above means, as shown in attached Table 1 on the same day.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to have the electors in the above constituency vote or provided each elector with financial benefits twice for the purpose of getting the F to be elected.

2. Defendant A, at around 08:20 on May 31, 2014, for the purpose of having the electors in the above constituency cast a vote or getting F to be elected as a Si Council member, Defendant A, at the above J Senior Citizens’ Republic, driven four persons, such as L, etc., an elector in the above constituency, on board the pertinent car, and let the H Residents’ Center cast a vote, had them cast a vote, and returned to the said Senior Citizens’ Republic of Korea.

Defendant A, including this, shall do so in the same manner three times as shown in the attached Table 2 of the same day.
