Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a candidate for E (the elected on June 13, 2018), a candidate for the election district C in the 7th simultaneous local elections, and Defendant B is a person who is engaged in driving the Fransch vehicle, and the Defendants are friendly.

No person shall provide any motor vehicle, horse, or horse to any elector for the purpose of having him/her cast a vote.

Nevertheless, on June 7, 2018, Defendant A received a request from the elector H and I to put up the advance polling station “to vote on the advance polling station.” Defendant B, upon receiving a request from Defendant B, saying, “On June 8, 2018, the number of voters would be changed by driving the vehicle so that the voters can vote on the advance polling station.” Defendant B provided the elector with a vehicle so that the voters can vote, thereby having the elector transport the vehicle with the advance polling station.”

Defendant

A, around 09:40 on June 8, 2018, the date of advance polling at the 7th simultaneous local elections, on which Defendant B had been on board the Frosched Fro rolling stock operated by Defendant B. The Defendants, as invited, on June 8, 2018, posted the elector L, M, and N in the said vehicle in front of L’s house located in K at around 10:30 on June 8, 2018, and moved I, H, H,O, P, Q, and R in the said vehicle before the G community hall, and moved nine electors into the said vehicle before the advance polling station, at around 10:50 on June 8, 2018.

As a result, the Defendants provided 9 persons such as I to the elector for the purpose of making them cast a vote in collusion.
