1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

B Registration of preliminary candidates on March 5, 2018 of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Council members I who participated in the election of City/Do Council (hereinafter referred to as “instant election”), among the 7th elections of City/Do Council (hereinafter referred to as “instant election”), which was implemented on June 13, 2018, as electors of the E/F/G constituency (hereinafter referred to as “instant constituency”); and registration of preliminary candidates on March 5, 2018 of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Council members who participated in the instant constituency as a candidate for H party

5.24. The spouse of the candidate is the spouse of the registration of the candidate.

No one shall offer, express an intention to offer, or promise to offer money, goods, motor vehicles, horses, entertainment, other economic benefits, or a public or private job to an elector for the purpose of requiring him/her to vote or preventing him/her from voting, or getting elected or preventing him/her from voting;

Nevertheless, at around 19:00 on April 12, 2018, the Defendants found at K’s house located in the Seogpo CityJ, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, and found K as “gymnasium” and 50,000 won in cash.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to offer money to K for the purpose of making the first preliminary candidate for the instant constituency elected.

2. Defendant B

(a) No person shall offer, express an intention to offer, or promise to offer money, goods, motor vehicles, horses, entertainment, other economic benefits, or a public or private position to an elector for the purpose of requiring or preventing the elector from voting, or getting elected or not to be elected;

Nevertheless, on April 2018, the Defendant presented KRW 100,000 in cash to L, who is the president of the G Village Integration Women's Republic of Korea, from the Dog-dong, Seopo-dong, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Dopo-si, G village integration, upon request to the effect that "I assist in this election."

Accordingly, the Defendant money to L who is an elector for the purpose of getting I, a preliminary candidate for the instant constituency elected.
