Punishment of the crime

[Status of the Defendants] After being appointed as a local administrative secretary on August 10, 1991, Defendant A, from July 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016, was in charge of the management and operation of the F Water and Wastewater Work Office (the name of the water and sewage work office at the water and sewage work office on January 1, 2016) (Class 6), and was in charge of budget compilation and execution, and the selection and recommendation of government-funded construction companies.

1. On January 20, 2016, Defendant A’s acceptance of bribe at H office in the operation of the above B, and Defendant A’s acceptance of bribe at KRW 7 million in cash, in response to the solicitation to the effect that, among “F-integrated work and water-purification facilities installation project” in an amount equivalent to KRW 20.2 billion ordered by F-water and sewerage work places, Defendant A may receive an agreement for measuring instruments, process control facilities, integrated drainage facilities, integrated video control systems, CCTV supply and installation works (a total of KRW 2.16.8 billion in construction cost) from the F-water and sewerage work places, Defendant A received KRW 7 million in cash.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted a bribe of KRW 12 million in relation to the public official's duties.

2. The Defendant offered a bribe to Defendant B in relation to the official duties of a public official by providing a total of KRW 12 million in cash twice in solicitation of a bribe to A at the same date, time, and place as set forth in paragraph (1).
