A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

90,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled Metephacopty (the clopphone; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, as follows:

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On March 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) parked in the D resting parking lot located in C at a large-scale 19:00 on March 24, 2018; (b) purchased penphones with approximately KRW 300,000,000 to E and approximately KRW 1g of phiphones.

B. On March 30, 2018, around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) provided KRW 300,000 to E in the foregoing place; and (b) purchased philophones by using approximately 1g philophones.

(c)

On June 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) parked in the front road of Daegu Suwon-gu F, Daegu-gu, 2018, purchased 300,000 won for H and 00,000 won for H and 0.8g for philophones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On March 24, 2018, at around 20:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use folder and melting them into the arms, in a way of injecting them into the arms.

B. On March 30, 2018, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of philophones at the same place as above at around 20:0 (a) around 20:00, in the same manner as the foregoing.

(c)

On June 19, 2018, the Defendant administered approximately 0.3g of philophones in the insane protection room located in K at the time of Tong-young at around 03:00.

The Defendant, on June 19, 2018, around 04:00, around 2.0

At the same place as the paragraph, approximately 0.1g of philophones were administered in the same manner as above.

E. The Defendant, on June 19, 2018, around 07:00, around 2.0

At the same place as the paragraph, approximately 0.1g of philophones were administered in the same manner as above.

F. The Defendant, on June 19, 2018, around 11:00 and around 2.00

At the same place as the paragraph, approximately 0.1g of philophones were administered in the same manner as above.

G. On June 19, 2018, the Defendant D around 13:00 and around 2.0

At the same place as the paragraph, approximately 0.1g of philophones were administered in the same manner as above.

H. The Defendant at around 15:00 on June 19, 2018, and around 2.00

at the same place as the subsection.
