1. The Defendant’s KRW 57,686,320 and its weight to the Plaintiff:
A. From October 18, 2009 to February 20, 2018, for KRW 40,000.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: The plaintiff lent 40,000,000 won to the defendant on October 18, 2008, the plaintiff agreed that the interest for arrears shall be 25% per annum until October 17, 2009, and the interest for arrears shall be 15,000,000 won until October 29, 2008, while the due date for payment shall be 25% per annum until October 28, 2009, and the interest for arrears shall be 2,686,320 won until April 20, 209, while the due date for payment shall be 20% per annum until May 20, 209, the defendant did not perform the obligation even after the due date has expired.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
