Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

1. 업무방해 피고인들은 2013. 9. 7. 00:30경 서울 강북구 D에 있는 ‘E’ 내에서 술값을 지불하지 않아 피해자 F가 경찰을 부르자 서로 “씨발놈아, 니가 계산을 했으면 됐잖아”라며 수회 큰소리로 욕을 하고 멱살을 잡고 몸싸움을 하는 등 약 30여분간 피해자의 정당한 업무를 방해한 것이다.
