1. A ship that connects each point of Attached Form 1-7, 14-16, 10-13, and 1, among the area of 309 square meters of land in Incheon Strengthening-gun D Forest.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. As to the ownership change relation (i) the ownership change relation of D Forest C 309 square meters in Incheon Strengthening-gun (hereinafter “the instant forest”) 5,289 square meters in F forest E (hereinafter “E”), G purchased it on July 9, 1964 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 30, 1971, and Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 5, 1996.

B. On August 12, 1997, a 378 square meters of D forest was divided into 5,289 square meters of Do governor F Forest and 5,289 square meters. On February 29, 2012, H forest and 69 square meters were divided into D forest and 378 square meters, and the instant forest and 69 square meters were left.

B. (i) Around December 30, 1981, J newly constructed the instant building (around December 30, 1981, cement cement mortar, a single-story house, cement brick structure, cement brick sloping roof, a single-story 18.80 square meters attached to the cement brick sloping roof, cement brick brick sloping 15.20 square meters), and completed registration of preservation of ownership on the first ground adjacent to the instant forest.

Luxembourg purchased the building of this case from the heir of J on September 25, 1989 and completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 29, 1989.

(i) The current status of the instant forest land, site, and building (i.e., the instant building), among the instant forest land, each point of which is 24 square meters in order to connect each point of 25-30, and 25, indicated in Appendix 2, indicated in Appendix 2, and indicated in Map 17, 3, 18-24, and 17, each point of which is 72 square meters in a ship connected each other, and indicated in Map 12, 14-16, 11, and 12.
