Punishment of the crime

1. From among the Gun mountain real estate in which various development support materials, such as the expansion of the Saemangeum Development Project, Samsung, Hyundai, etc., were located, the Defendants, in fact, purchased a luxed site of development outlook and divided it into a size of 50 to 500 square meters. The Defendants employed the telecomer and conspired to sell the forest at a high price by using a luxed regional development materials, which are not directly related to the forest land, by using the telecomer on the basis of the phone number, and by using a false or exaggerated advertisement for the location, development potential, and investment value of the forest land. Defendant 1: (a) had been recruited to sell the forest at a higher price; (b) around January 11, 201, at the price of the forest in question; (c) had been engaged in the management of the 3-5th floor of the HG building in Seo-gu, Seoul; and (d) had been engaged in the management of the 13-100 square meters of the forest and field as the 3-103 square meters of the forest.

The Defendants, while educating telemazers about the possibility and conditions of development of forests and fields, sale method, telephone service method, etc., had them sell forests and fields at a high price of about 9.20,000 won per square year equivalent to the price of at least 5 times compared to the purchase. In the event that telemazers buy and sell forest, 9% of the sales price shall be paid as piece rates, and 25% of the sales price shall be paid as piece rates, and 12.69% of the sales price shall be paid as piece rates, and in addition, special allowances and allowances shall also be paid as piece rates, to the heads of the departments managing telemazers and the managing directors, who shall pay performance rates equivalent to 16% of the rate rates.
