1. On April 18, 2018, the Defendant posted a notice stating that he/she sold 1,000 opphone6 using the I smartphone display, and received 80,000 won from the victim J who reported and contacted with the notice.

However, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to send goods to sell even after receiving the price as above.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim J and receiving the aforementioned payments from the victim, up to October 6, 2018, up to the above date and time, up to October 1, 2018, posted an article deceiving the Internet-based goods transaction services as if they were to sell goods, and received a total of KRW 1,373,500 from 12 victims.

2. Around May 1, 2018, the Defendant sold smartphone 6 on the K Kapet bulletin board, an Internet site. The Defendant posted a letter, and made a false statement to deliver goods to the victim M, who reported and contacted, by the day following the day on which the money was remitted.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send goods to sell even after receiving the price from the victim.

On May 1, 2018, the Defendant received 80,000 won from the victim to the N account in the name of J, as the price for “ smartphone 6” on May 1, 2018.

3. Around November 23, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement that “The Defendant would send the goods to the victim’sO who contacted by posting a 'opphoneSE’ on the Internet goods trading site K at a place where it is not known.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the above goods.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and is the same as the victim.
