Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, while living together in an officetel located in F in the HouseF, posted a false letter to sell goods to a mid-to long-term website, etc., which is an Internet site, and received money from the victims who have contacted with such writing to obtain money from them. Defendant A conspired to buy another’s resident registration certificates through the Internet, etc. for the purpose of opening an account to be used in the crime, and opened an account under the name of another in the bank for the purchase of resident registration certificates in order to make it easy for the victims to easily move to a place where cash payment can be withdrawn from the victims, and to receive money from the victims to receive money from the victims. Defendant A conspired to buy another’s resident registration certificates through the Internet, etc. for the purpose of opening an account to be used in the crime.

1.
