A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. On June 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 18:30 on June 6, 2019, in “D” operated by “C” in Kimhae-si B; (b) demanded the other customers to provide alcohol for about one hour via alcohol; and (c) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force.

B. On June 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 19:10, at “G restaurant” operated by F in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si; (b) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force, by drinking around 30 minutes of alcohol, such as raising trial expenses to other customers; and (c) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business.

C. On June 6, 2019, at around 20:41, the Defendant: (a) in the “J” restaurant operated by the victim I in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si; (b) provided that, while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant requested only drinking without ordering the chickens, and explained that the victim does not sell it, the Defendant was able to take a brue for about 10 minutes, and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force.

On June 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 21:12, at the “M” restaurant operated by the victim L L in Kimhae-si, and (b) at around 30 minutes of drinking, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to smoke in indoor tobacco, and (c) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force on the part of the victim, such as intending to see the victim’s disease on the table and breaking the table table over the floor.

E. On June 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 21:20 on June 14, 2019, at “P” entertainment tavern operated by the victim O located in Kimhae-si, and (b) obstructed the victim’s main business by force, by drinking around 30 minutes of alcohol, and neglecting the victim’s main business.

F. On August 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00, operated by the Victim R in Q Q Q in the Kimhae-si on a “Scafeteria”; (b) was under the influence of alcohol to customers for about 30 minutes; and (c) was the victim and the victim.
