A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business;

A. At around 23:00 on July 14, 2012, the Defendant found the “E” operated by the victim D (ma, 53 years of age) located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and obstructed the victim’s operation restaurant business by force for about one-hour hours, including, but not limited to, the number of women on the name of customers, three of whom are considered to be “YY,” and even though the said customers were to be “Awhhh and Typ”, the Defendant continued to engage in the business of operating the restaurant of the victim by force.

B. On August 15, 2012, the Defendant found in the above restaurant on August 23:00, and obstructed the victim’s restaurant operation by force for about one hour, such as leaving the said restaurant, leaving the fresh one disease in the cooling room, asking for tobacco to the customers on the name of the fresh, and making the victim stop and show it, and preventing the customers from entering the restaurant.

C. On September 23, 2012, the Defendant found in the above restaurant, around 23:00, and asked customers under his name to provide alcohol and tobacco. The Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant operation by force for about two hours, such as: (a) the victim prevented them from doing so; (b) and (c) repeatedly demands customers under his name to change alcohol and tobacco into the restaurant; and (d) the victim’s refusal to comply therewith, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant operation by force.

On September 22, 2012, the Defendant found in the above restaurant around 22:00, and obstructed the victim's restaurant operation by force for about one hour, such as drinking and tobacco, entering the restaurant in which the victim prevented him and her, and repeatedly demanded him to change drinking and tobacco to customers in the name of the passenger in the future.
