A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From March 1, 2013 to July 7, 2017, the Defendant is a person who served as a “operator of learning” at C Industrial High Schools.

C Industrial High Schools conducted an interim examination on May 10, 2017 to May 12, 2017 for students, and conducted an interim examination on July 3, 2017 to July 6, 2015 for private students.

1. On May 1, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the affairs related to the interim examination of the first semester: (a) on May 1, 2017, the Defendant: (b) held an interim examination of the first semester “Ⅱ” in the year 2017, which was kept in the class of the C Industrial High School Life Class D located in Seo-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon; (c) on May 16:50, 2017, the Defendant issued to the third-year E and B of the said school, who returned from the Defendant’s vehicle after the completion of the school class at around 16:50 minutes of May 8, 2017, and (d) issued to the said third-year E and B one examination report at the time of “Class II” scheduled to be conducted on May 11, 2017 to the said school, and (d) notified the said third-year student E and B of the examination question at the said school during the third-year school.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the implementation, management, and supervision of the three-year interim examinations of the head of the Victim C Industrial High School on January 1, 2017 by fraudulent means.

2. On July 1, 2017, the suspect who interfered with the duties related to the early test of the end of the semester has copied the examination papers (each due answer marking and 20 sentences) at the time of "human and the environment" in the second and third years from the end of the second semester in the class of the school life in the first and second grade in the first grade in the first grade in the school on July 2017, and then, around July 3, 2017 to E, a student of the third grade in the above school on July 12:00, the examination should be conducted at least 100 points at this time.

“Along with the three-year term “school year II” scheduled to take effect on July 5, 2017, a copy of the examination paper was provided or a fixed answer was provided between June 30, 2017 and July 5, 2017 to 11 and three-year students, as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Form 14.
