Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who works as a temporary teacher in the field of society at the third grade and fourth grade of C Middle School located in Busan Shipping Daegu B.

On September 18, 2017, the Defendant issued an examination question with the request of the applicant for the preparation of a historical examination from the third and second grade school office to the third grade school office, and entered the examination question in the paper for the purpose of raising the grade of the certificate issued in the third grade and fourth grade school.

On the 28th day of the same month, the Defendant sent out the history test issue, which was written in the first half of the third grade class class of the above school, to some of the students of the four Bans and other Bans as above, under the pretext that the Defendant would interfere with the organization of the points of the previous subject of the examination.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the interim examination management and supervision of the victim C Middle School E in the history of the victim C middle school E by fraudulent means.
