A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From March 2005 to January 25, 2018, the Defendant was in office as English teacher at C High School located in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Jung-si, and in around 2017, the Defendant was in charge of English English classes deepening the second year of the above high school and worked as one half of the second year.
1. A teacher who belongs to a school established and operated a private teaching institute and teaching abroad shall not teach extracurricular, if he/she violates the current elementary school, middle school education law, high school education law, or other Acts;
Nevertheless, from October 2016 to October 2017, the Defendant provided English and foreign lessons to 14 persons in total as shown in attached Table 1, and received a total of 69,200,000 won from around the time when the Defendant provided English and foreign lessons to 50,00 won per week for E who is enrolled in the above C High School after receiving the amount of KRW 500,000 per month from the above C High School and for two hours every week for E who is enrolled in the above C High School.
2. The English test of the second-year English test (in 2017, reading and writing) conducted on October 12, 2017 at C High School interference with business affairs consisting of the two-year English test (in 70 points) and the 28-year English test (in 30 points). The examination problem is divided into four-year English instructors of the above high school (in 20 points), four-year English language instructors of the above high school (in 10, 12, 14, 16, 18), and the two-year English test (in 1, 70 points) and the two-year English test designated by the Council (in 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18), respectively, and the defendant issued two-year English questions (in 1, 7).
While taking charge of the English subject in the second-year English of the above C High School, the Defendant provided extracurricular lessons as a result of examining whether there is any problem in the above examination between September 26, 2017 and around October 27, 2017, after setting up the examination questions, and examining whether there is any problem in the above examination.
