A Imprisonment for eight months and fines for negligence, 3,000,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by fines for negligence of 5,000,000 won, respectively.

The Defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants: (a) leased the heading rooms of the Dong-gu, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-si and used it as an office; (b) leased 317, 405, 409, 1349, 1533, and 1528, and (c) conspired to arrange commercial sex acts through the Internet entertainment advertising site, by leasing 317, 405, 409, 1349, 1533, and 1528, and 6 officetels.

From May 2016 to July 5, 2016, the Defendants indicated as the title “E,” “F,” “G,” “H,” and “I” at the Internet entertainment business site’s advertisement site, as the title “E,” “E,” “G,” “H,” and “I” in the bulletin board, i.e., the contact contact J and AOS 60-minute 130,000 won, BOS 90-20,000 won, and 260,000 won for COS 120-minute 20,000 won, and then soliciting or inducing a large number of unspecified persons to purchase sexual traffic.

The Defendants, from May 2016 to July 5, 2016, posted the Internet entertainment entertainment site “E,” “F,” “G,” “H,” and “Contact J times” along with the advertisement of commercial sex acts at the said office, and received the payment for commercial sex acts in accordance with the course if there are many and unspecified sexual buyers who promised to report the above bulletin board by telephone, and then received the payment for commercial sex acts in accordance with the above officetel, which is waiting for a female employee to receive the payment for commercial sex acts.
