A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On January 16, 2018, at around 03:41, the Defendant opened a door that was not corrected in front of the E cafeteria operated by the victim D and intruded into the said cafeteria, and 40,000 won in cash, which is the part of the victim’s possession, stored in the said cafeteria.

In other words, they stolen them.

B. On January 28, 2018, at around 05:23, the Defendant opened a vinyl tent in front of the H restaurant operated by the victim G in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, by hand, and intrudes into the said restaurant, the Defendant: (a) removed vinyl tent in front of the H restaurant operated by the victim G; and (b) removed KRW 100,000 in cash, which is the part of the victim’s possession stored in the Kab

In other words, they stolen them.

On February 5, 2018, at around 05:00, the Defendant intruded the victim’s cash, which is the victim’s possession, stored in the carcter, into the said restaurant, through the unreshed window that was held in front of the K cafeteria operated by the victim J, which was operated by the Damnam-si, and then did not collect KRW 8,00,000, which is the cash owned by the victim.

In other words, they stolen them.

2. Larceny;

A. On January 12, 2018, the Defendant, around 15:40, brought about one cell phone of 60,000,000 won in the victim’s market value, which was owned by the victim, at the 1st floor waiting room underground of the Sungnam Integrated Bus Terminal, which was located on the 925 road in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Seoul.

B. On January 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the 1st floor waiting room of the Sungnam Integrated Bus Terminal located on the road 925, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, 2018, the Defendant stolen the victim’s name by bringing about one cell phone 6,000 won of the market value of the victim, which was the victim’s possession in the said place.

3. Embezzlements of deserted articles in possession;

A. On November 2017, 2017, the Defendant embezzled the Defendant’s idea to dispose of, without following necessary procedures, without taking necessary procedures, such as acquiring one modern card owned by the victim M, and returning it to the victim, at the center near the 903 Ynnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.

B. On November 2017, the Defendant is Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.
