A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On December 18, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny from the Suwon Giwon, and on April 9, 2015, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in a female prison.

[Criminal facts]

1. Special larceny;

A. On May 8, 2016, the Defendant, at the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, by means of the creshing of the victim’s leaving the restaurant, and by means of the creshing the entrance knife several times by using the cresh that the victim left the restaurant, and then invaded the locking device into the above restaurant and into the building managed by the victim, and then stolen the locking device with the money registration instrument equivalent to KRW 200,000 at the market price of the knife-si, Sungnam-si, and KRW 1,000 at the cash kept in the knife-si.

B. On May 8, 2016, around 02:53, the Defendant, at the “H” cosmetic store operated by the victim G in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, by means of the method referred to in paragraph (a) and paragraph (a) of Article 1, intruded the locking device into the structure managed by the victim, and then stolen the locking device with a monetary registration instrument equivalent to KRW 200,000,000 at the market price in the seat gate, and with a cash of KRW 10,000 at the market price in the seat gate.

On May 8, 2016, the Defendant, at around 03:03, at the Chinese restaurant in the name of “J” operated by the victim I in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-si, Sungnam-si, and at the same time, infringed on the structure managed by the victim by entering the locking device in the manner as referred to in paragraph 1(a) in the order following the end, and then stolen the locking device with the money registration instrument equivalent to KRW 200,000,000 at the market price in the seat of the camera, and 558,000,000 in cash kept therein.

2. An attempted special thief;

A. On May 8, 2016, at around 02:59, the Defendant attempted to steals the locking device by entering the locking device in the manner as referred to in paragraph 1(a) in the order following the order, but did not commit an attempted attempt, even if the entrance was not opened.

B. The Defendant on May 8, 2016
