Punishment of the crime

[Criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor or two years of suspended execution on July 24, 2014 by the Busan District Court, which became final and conclusive on August 1, 2014, and is currently under suspended execution.

[2] From November 20, 2015 to February 18, 2016, the Defendant installed a total of 55 types of games, such as the “F Gameland,” which was classified by the Game Water Management Committee as the class, 40 units of the “F Game” game, and 15 units of the “Mang 2199” game, which were classified by the Game Water Management Committee, and sent an IC card in which the points are entered after checking the points from the game machine to the customer.
