A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On April 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the victim D’s house, who was a divorced wife C304 at Ansan-gu, Ansan-si; and (b) at the victim D’s house, the Defendant removed the current lock locking device by using the cres without the victim; (c) went into the victim’s house to intrude into the victim’s house.

B. Around May 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the victim D’s house, who was a divorced wife C304 at Ansan-si, Ansan-si; and (b) at the victim D’s house, the Defendant removed the current lock locking device by using the cresh without the victim; and (c) went into the victim’s house to intrude into the residence.

2. Around 05:00 on May 19, 2013, the Defendant detained the victim, on the following day, after leaving the house of the victim D (the 35-year old) who was divorced under the c 304 Sinsan-si, Ansan-si (the 35-year old) and later returned home, with the victim’s “whether the victim attends the house or is going to the house,” and sound, forced the victim to force the victim to set the spack the spacks of the victim’s hand, and put them into the spacks on the spack, and then put the victim into the spacks on the spacks, and on the same day, 08:00 on the same day, the victim detained the victim for about 3 hours until the victim reported to E.
