1. On April 9, 2014, the Defendant, at around 16:00 on April 9, 2014, was in front of the Victim E’s house located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the Defendant sought a room by finding out in the licensed real estate agent’s office before that time, demanded the broker to display a room, and stored a secret number of the entrance in the process of showing the room, and then intrudes into the victim’s house by dividing the front door password and cancelling the locking device, and then cut off the victim’s house with one LG LG CD TV with an amount equivalent to KRW 200,000,000 at the market price, and one smartphone with a smartphone influencing in the market price.

Before that, the broker requested a licensed real estate agent’s office to search for a room and display materials, requested the broker to capture the password of the entrance door in the process of showing the room, and then, the broker intrudes the entrance door password and intrudes into the victim’s house by separating the locking system, and then the victim’s market price is KRW 300,000,000,000.
