Punishment of the crime

On January 26, 2015, at around 01:40, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at a police box located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the protection of the people’s body by assaulting the police officer D, who belongs to the Seoul Gwanak-gu Police Station, to control the Defendant and sound the Defendant to sit, making the Defendant seated, once, once, once, once, and once, once.
