Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, while serving in the Dong-gu C hotel general department in Gwangju-gu, retired on May 16, 2016, voluntarily prepared a certificate of employment as if he/she continued to serve in the above hotel and used it to receive loans, and stated "name A and resident registration number E" in the defendant's dwelling in the defendant's dwelling in the Namyang-gun D before May 19, 2016 and "I certify that the above person currently serves in us."

On May 2016, “ Address: Dong-gu E, business name: (ju) F hotel C, representative director: G prepared and printed a copy of a certificate of employment stating the phrase “G”, and affixed a seal on the name of the F Corporation (ju) in advance.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the employment certificate in the name of F corporation F, a private document, which is a private document on fact certification, and exercised it by facsimile transmission as if it was a genuine employment certificate.

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
